Dinosaur Illustrations
During this project, I had learned that we really don’t know what color dinosaurs were when they were alive. Since our knowledge about them comes mainly just from their bones, there are limitations on determining whether they had scales, feathers, etc. So I checked out some of the lizards we have today for inspiration and was given some creative freedom on how to color some of them.
*Bagaceratops

"Gigantosaurus" *(most common depiction-brown or green)

"Gigantosaurus" (red with black stripes-yellow underbelly)

"Sinornthoides" (lime green with sienna brown markings)

"Chirostenotes" (green and white feathers with red cap)

"Opthalmosaurus" (ocean camoflauge markings)

"Elaphrosaurus" *(markings of the Agama Clown Lizard)
